Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by the Hindu Swad Refund and Cancellation Policy available on the website.
Users shall not misuse the platform, provide false information, interfere with operations, abuse staff, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable law.
Restaurant partners are responsible for food quality, menu accuracy, pricing, hygiene, statutory compliance, and food safety requirements.
Hindu Swad may provide AI-based recommendations, customer support assistance, menu suggestions, demand forecasting, and operational tools. AI-generated information is provided for convenience and may not always be error-free.
The Hindu Swad name, logo, software, content, designs, trademarks, and technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hindu Swad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
User information is handled in accordance with the Hindu Swad Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
